BRAX Fundraising offers a simple and successful fundraising program featuring exclusively licensed products from the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB) and over 100 top colleges and universities. Our programs require no upfront costs and include a catalog featuring three totally unique products.
Just follow these five simple steps to ensure a successful fundraiser for your organization!
STEP 1 – Request your free information kit.
Simply fill out the online form or call our dedicated Fundraising Support team and we will send you our complete information kit, including a complimentary SpiritCup.
STEP 2 – Order your fundraising start package materials.
When you’re ready to start your BRAX fundraiser, call 888-825-9339 or fill out the online form. One of our friendly and knowledgeable Fundraising Advisors will make sure you get all the materials you need to kick off a successful fundraiser.
STEP 3 – Start your fundraising program.
Armed with BRAX catalog order forms, your participants proceed with gathering orders from family, friends, co-workers and neighbors, with payments collected at the time of order (checks should be made payable to your organization). We also include helpful hints to help ensure the success of your fundraiser.
STEP 4 – Submit your master order.
Submit your master order through our online e-store, by fax or mail.
STEP 5 – Receive and distribute products.
Your SpiritCups, SpiritPopcorn and SpiritTravelCups will ship within 2 – 3 weeks after the master order and payment (or purchase order) are submitted and cleared. A distribution package is included that helps simplify the distribution process and pre-pack by individual participant is available.
